Renewday is a registered Canadian sole proprietorship. These terms apply when you use Renewday. If you create or manage a workspace for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Contact Renewday through our support page with questions about these terms.

What Renewday provides

Renewday is an online record and reminder service for certificates, insurance, licences and other renewal dates. You enter the dates, upload the documents and choose the reminder schedule. You are responsible for the accuracy of those records and for completing renewals.

Renewday does not verify documents, certify compliance or provide legal advice. Email delivery can be delayed or fail. Check important dates directly and keep copies of essential documents.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and manage your team’s access. Only upload or share information you have permission to use. Do not use Renewday to send unsolicited messages, upload malicious content, access another business’s records or interfere with the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide Renewday, including sending the reminders you configure. Our privacy policy explains the handling of personal information.

Plans and payments

The Free plan does not require a card. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions for businesses in Canada, priced and charged in Canadian dollars. Use your Canadian business billing address at checkout and contact support before changing your business location. The price and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Access begins after payment and subscription confirmation; confirmation can take a short time.

Manage your subscription through Settings → Billing → Manage billing. The payment portal shows the effect and any charges before you confirm a plan change. If payment fails, paid features may become unavailable. A downgrade keeps existing records accessible but limits new records and employees according to your plan.

Cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our cancellation and refund policy. Any test checkout is for testing only and does not collect a real payment.

Availability and account closure

We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or to address security problems. We may restrict access when needed to prevent abuse, protect others or comply with the law, and will explain the reason when we can.

You can stop using Renewday at any time. Cancel a paid subscription separately to stop future renewals. Contact support to request workspace closure or a copy of your data before deletion.

Responsibility and changes

Renewday is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a reminder will prevent every missed renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will notify account owners of material changes through the service or email before they take effect. Contact support if you have questions or a dispute.
